So what happens to Jonathan Kent in Smallville?

Well, if you have just started to watch Smallville online, then you may not have noticed him in Season 6.

And there’s very good reason.

You see, in the 100th Smallville episode titled “Reckoning”, Clark finally reveals his secret to Lana, and proposes that they get married. But the reason for this post is to let you know what happened to Jonathan Kent. So I will get to it. But first, you got to get up to speed with the surrounding facts.

Now, Lana is called to Lex Luthor’s, and it’s clear Lex knows Lana is hiding something. I guess he has some weird 6th sense or something.

Anyway, there’s a chase on the road.

… And something crazy happens to Lana.

So what does Clark do?

Well, Clark pleads to Jor-El to spare Lana’s life. Time is reset, although this time, something unfortunate happens.
