It’s taken me a few days to really take in the Smallville episode Blue. You see, so much was put into it. I had to watch it at least 7 times.
Anyway, here’s a clip I found of Lara talking to Lana over, what I would call, a sort of “tea ceremony”. I remember I had one of these like when I was 10 years old or something. I guess I didn’t like it because I threw the tea set around like Clark throws Zor El around or something. You know, I’m still grounded until I turn 26 ro something.
Anyway, getting back to Smallville. I always thought Lara to be smart and all. You see, she is Clark’s mom and all. And Clark is smart. So Lara should be too right?
But I think she gets it totally wrong here. You see, I don’t know if she is reading her tea cup backwards or something, but I get the feeling Lara thinks Lana is “alright”.
But you know what I would tell Lara?
… DON’T fall for her trickery!!!

I haven;t watched it yet (it’s back to being on Wednesdays again), but I have a tape of it. I just need the time to watch it.

No I think she is saying that Clark is to good for her…I dont know about that clip But I know it was said that Lana was no good.

She’s saying that she knows that Lana is bad but she knows that there is some good in her and has to not let the good in her die. Lara is just trying to still look at the good in Lana not the bad.

Like mother like son, thats what clark has done throughout the series when it came to lex, only saw the good and tried to ignore the bad but unfortunately it faded
